Endovascular embolization with NBCA (glue) -lipiodol mixture of Carotid blowout in a COVID-19 + post-radiotherapy carcinoma of the larynx patient.
It is a fatal condition due to erosion of the blood vessel by tumor or radiation, and has to be controlled urgently. As patients are often sick, endovascular approach is most suited.
